Ok so today i ordered the R7 250 and i put it inside my computer. My computer originally uses an integrated intel graphics. I reconnect all the wires and turn on the computer. But i get a blank screen and none of my mouse or keyboards work. However all the fans are spinning. I take out the graphics card to try and turn on the computer and it works with the integrated graphics. Help plz :)

You can check your BIOS to see if you can set your R7 250 as primary display device instead of the intel integrated graphics device, this of course depends on what make or model is your motherboard.

If you could list your specs that would help us mitigate this issue.

I have been recommended this by a few people but i cant find a way onto my BIOS. whenever the computer boots up it doesn't say which button to select.

Usually Lenovo motherboards can be a bit dodgy with upgrades
