Question I bought new RAM but it didn't work ?

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME H310M-A R2.0
CPU: i5-9400F

I got a new stick of RAM and tried to install it first with the existing 16GB but that didn't work.
So I removed the existing RAM and installed just the new one but still my PC won't boot up.
Both sticks have same part number. I have attached the CPU-Z screenshots for my old memory plus a photo of the new stick to help with why it's not working.

What BIOS version are you on for said motherboard? Do both rams work individually in the same slot? You might want to take an eraser and wipe the gold contacts on both rams, then wipe clean off of any eraser lint then reseat fully onto both slots.

yes tried to work individually but didn't success, the new memory not working at all

You're on BIOS version 1004;

update the BIOS to the latest version, clear the CMOS and then try with both sticks of ram.

On a side note, compare both sticks of ram side by side, take pictures and parse the link for us to see.

i just want to able to read it individual then install 2 Pices,

for this mark any idea why the shape is different, both have same part number or my choice was wrong?
