Well 3 days ago i bought myself Sapphire Nitro RX 470 and the first problem i ran into in the OC mode GPU like reaches 80 degree C like in 2mins and fans make big noise its completly unberable, then i switched to the Fabric clocks not the OC ones and it ran id say good but today i turned on my pc,hopped into 1 league of legends match and then bang it crashed.I had to restart my pc i reconnected and i got 20 frames, some time passes it goes up like to 70-80(on TFT mode)...Then i restarted my pc again i was curious about gpu fans and look what i see 1 fan works when pc starts and as sudden as it goes into welcome screen it just completly stops whille the other one is still spining...
Now my hunch is telling me i should like ask for refund or if the seller gonna ghost me ill have to take my gpu to local pc service so they might fix it if the problem is not so hard to fix...
Any thoughts about this?
Thanks in advance

The card probably just needs new thermal paste.

Over the years the thermal compound on old cards like to dry up and not work properly. You will have to pull the cooler off, clean the old paste off, put new paste on, and put the cooler back on.

Possible. Card could be dusty aswell.

What case do you have?
I believe its unfamiliar to you since im from Europe(Serbia),but it is marvo ca-113,its not too bad for 40 bucks it has decent airflow, also dust magnet bellow power supply,it has also tiny holes on the front mask and on mask above which gives me some kind of decent air flow also i got 2 fans on front mask and 1 stock 120mm from case.
I had RX550 2gb before i got this one,to be fair i think it performed at least in temps way way better, now im just anxious about have i bought faulty gpu for like 90$.
I mean i can install drivers and stuff, its putting on display but the crash this morning and 1 fan working, when i start my pc, and as sudden as its turned on 1 is working and the other is not, plus the fact i had to underclock gpu on base clock from 1140 to fabric 926 and memory from 1750 to 1650 its kinda confusing for me since i have never ran into this problem
