Bought Windows 8 need help with install and questions

I just bought Windows 8 . I live in Japan (American) and didn't have time to wait until I order and receive 7 from the states.

Question, I bought what is called Windows 8 DSP which is a full install not a upgrade. Is this the same as the System builders version?

DSP allows for one install and one install only. If your system dies, so does windows 8. You will not be able to install in on another machine. You'll need to purchase a full retail version if you want the full licensure in the aspect of reinstalling it on another computer.
