Question Bouncy RAM Frequency

Hi. In my laptop, my RAM frequency is bouncing from 1596 mhz cl22 to 1330 mhz cl19 repeatedly. Normally these RAMs are 3200 mhz cl22 (dual channel). Is it normal, why do they change repeatedly?

What is the make, model and SKU to your laptop?

Normally these RAMs are 3200 mhz cl22 (dual channel)

For laptops this is normal. Power saving feature.

I am using CPU-Z. My laptop is Acer TMP-414-53. It had only one Hynix 3200 mhz CL22 RAM, then I've added another Hynix 3200 mhz CL22 RAM.
