brand and cas2

i just want to ask....
how can u tell if a ram is cas2 PC133 without actually pluging it into a computer....?

also can any of u guys suggest some good brand rams...?
which of them make more reliable cas2 PC133 rams... ?

www.crucial.com has goood prices right now for 128 meg of pc 133 cas2 for like 80 bux shipped. On the surface of the chips(ram) you might be able to see -2 or a number after a hyphen that is the cas speed.
