Question Brand new build Q

New build … using Gigabyte X670E Aorus Master.
On first boot up I need it to install W11 off USB stick.
Is there any specific USB socket I should use.

I powered up motherboard with a RAM & CPU to flash new BIOS, and there is a socket labelled ‘QFlash’ for that.
Is there a specific socket that will be set by default to allow OS install.

Any port on the rear except for the BIOS Flash port = BIOS USB3.2.
