[SOLVED] Brand new build wont boot -- Ryzen 1600 on Gigabyte A320M-S2H

Just built this computer and cannot figure out why it wont boot, all components are brand new:

Ryzen 5 1600
Gigabyte A320M-S2H MB
8gb single stick vengeance 2600
450 Watt PSU from best buy LOL
XFX RX 580 8gb GPU
WB 500gb hard drive
plus a wifi card

I built the computer and powered it on and all the case/CPU fans came on, But no beep or boot from the motherboard, as well as no power from any MB USB slots to my keyboard. The monitor gets no signal from the GPU HDMI.

I double checked all my connections, checked the GIGABYTE website and it said BIOs were updated for the Ryzen 5 1600. Now this is only the second computer i've ever built (first one went flawlessly) So troubleshooting is not my strongest quality when it comes to computers. I just dont know why my MB wont send out a signal to a monitor or power to a keyboard.

BIOS shouldn't matter as it is a 1st gen CPU in a 1st gen motherboard.

Try reseating ram.

Make and model of PSU? Do you have the 8 pin inserted into the GPU?
