Question Brand new build won't boot. What am I missing?

Parts list:
-Asus ROG Strix B550-E
-Ryzen 3900x
-RTX 3070 Gigabyte Aorus Master
-Corsair RM750
-Trident Z Neo 2x8GB @ 3600
-Phanteks Glacier One 280MP
-Phanteks Eclipse P500a DRGB
-Intel 670p 512GB SSD in M.2_1
-Inland Premium 2TB SSD in M.2_2
-Western Digital 2TB SATA SSD in SATA 6Gb/s 1

When I hit the switch on the PSU, the LEDs on the mobo light up and do their fancy lights, but when I push the power button on my front panel, nothing happens. I have checked every connection minimum of 3 times. I have tried to "jump" the mobo, but nothing happens. Every time I re-seat something, I try both orientations for my power switch connector and a jump start. I don't know what to try next. I am positive I have every connection right. It's not pretty anymore because I've been trying to get it to boot for 3 days now. I genuinely have no idea where to turn. Any and all ideas are welcome.

Hello, thank you for your quick response! I had gone through the checklist before, but this time it moved me to start swapping cables. I'm not sure which swaps fixed it, but the PC is booting! Thank you for assistance.
