Hello,

As the title states, I bought a brand new pre-built and am running into issues. I am randomly getting blue screens of death while working, gaming, randomly etc. All of my drivers are up to date as this is a brand new computer. I was wondering if anyone has any idea of how to fix this? I've spent hours reseraching, but am lost and confused.

Below find a link to the dumb files and information from WhoCrashed

I use a ryzen 3600
msi 3080.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!!

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This may be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules. Memory corruption can also occur because of overheating (thermal issue).
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Conclusion

6 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

I have been seeing a lot of this bugcheck over the last few days.
everyone with this problem has the same cpu stepping (Family 23 Model 113 Stepping 0)
I would expect there is a new cpu bug introduced that has not been patched in the BIOS yet.
or in the CPU specific drivers that patch the CPU microcode.
best bet is to update your bios to the current version and disable any custom program that tweaks the BIOS
ie any overclocking, or special network settings in the bios.

your system has a beta bios patch that came out 11/25/2020
it might fix a problem like this.

(new bios versions every 10 to 15 days is really bad news)

you might want to remove the old asus utilities and see if the system is stable after the BIOS update.
maybe i can find out what the bios patch does.

you might want to read about new attacks on amd systems and where to get updates:
amd info on known new attacks:
AMD Product Security | AMD

update for the AMD Ryzen Master drivers:
AMD Ryzen™ Master Utility for Overclocking Control | AMD

-----------------
i would remove msi
RTCore64.sys (overclock driver)
disable this until you figure out what the problem is:
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\MsIo64.sys Sun Jan 19 19:35:15 2020
I think is is some LED driver

same with this driver:
\C:\Windows\system32\drivers\GLCKIO2.sys Mon Apr 22 06:44:46 2019
(remove until you find the cause of the problem)

and this one I am just not sure about: (find out what it is for or remove it)
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\ene.sys Thu May 7 23:07:19 2020

this is also a motherboard file: (i have not seen this version)
part of asus gui tweak 2 (I would remove until you figure out your problem)
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\AsIO2.sys Tue Apr 9 02:59:16 2019
You will want to remove this driver, in march of this year someone post code showing how to insert malware by accessing this driver.

Hello thanks for the information and reply!

I am a bit confused, how do I disable the drivers above? I cannot find them when I type drivers in search.

I will try updating my bios.

I play World Of Warcraft and am getting an error
ERROR #132 (…) Fatal exception!
Program C:/…/Wow.exe
Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION
The instruction at “…” referenced memory at “…”.
The memory could not be read.

I am at my witt's end... I appreciate all of the suggestions and help.

to disable drivers you would first look to see if there is a uninstall program
windows key+x then type r and enter
control
(to bring up control panel app)
look for uninstall a program and see if you see what the likely program was and if it has a uninstaller.

if you can not figure out the program you can run this microsoft tool (autoruns)
Autoruns for Windows - Windows Sysinternals | Microsoft Docs

it will show the drivers and you can uncheck a driver to prevent it from loading during bootup (selective load, can be unchecked to make it load again) or you can remove a driver entry and it will not be loaded until the program is reinstalled.

I am at my witt's end... I appreciate all of the suggestions and help.

for world of warcraft look in your world of warcraft directory
\world of warcraft\retail\errors
and it might have a dump file and a txt file associated with the memory dump.
these get set back to WOW so they can figure out why it crashed.
the txt file can be read as plain text with notepad.exe
the *.tmp file can be read with a windows debugger.

looking at them might give a clue as to why WOW crashed.
I looked at one of the logs on my wifes machine and it showed 2 bytes that were messed up and it was most likely from the graphics driver. ( I checked the driver and they were a year out of date so we updated them)
