Brand New Graphics Card not working............

I recently bought a EVGA GeForce GTX Titan X Superclocked graphics card to fullfill my gaming experience to maximum for my new built system.
But the problem is the card never detects by the system.
But the old GTX 980 Ti still detecting...............
New Card's fan is working and LED comes on assuming it is well............

CPU: Intel 6th Gen Core i7 6700K 4.00 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus Z170 Deluxe Motherboard
Memory: Kingston16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage HDD: Seagate Barracuda 4TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX Titan X SC 12GB GPU
Case: Cooler Master HAF-X With Windowed Side Panel
Power Supply: Corsair VS650 650W
Optical Drive: Asus 16X BLU-Ray Writer 16D1HT
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Don't beat yourself up. RMA it. Either graphics cards work out of the box or they don't. Been through that some 6 or 7 times. Graphics cards are nightmares.

Whose GPUs are nightmares???
My Money..............Will I lose them............My favourite hope Titan X............Not working???
Or what is wrong?I gonna test with other system but can't find either a compatible friend's system because their systems not supporting 12 GB GPU s.................How unlucky am I....................
How will I be able to handle that GPU?

Let's back up - did your system work before buying your new graphics card? Can you take the GPU out and have your system function - as in power up and boot fine? Because if it does then its' an issue with the power supply. If not it's most likely an operating system issue, in which case the OS will need to be reinstalled.

i have had this issue that he is having before and i went out and got a new psu because that was my immediate first thought and i was still having problems with my system crashing and doing all sorts of weird things and then i decided to return the card for a new one, installed the card and never had any issues again so i would so it is most likely defective. btw he did say that his 980ti was working with the system and those both have the same power consumption so it couldn't be the psu and it can't be an issue with the os because once again if it works with the 980ti which is literally almost the same card then it should work with the titan

Yes g-unit1111, my system worked fine before buying the new gpu.
When I take all my dedicated gpus out and turn to the intel HD graphics 530 integrated graphics,the system runs fine and starts normally.
The problem is that the system only detects the GeForce 980 Ti ..................When I insert the Titan-X,the PC not boot or POST.....................Is it a PSU issue according to RedNeck?
Or is my new gpu dead on arrival???🙁

no i don't think it is a psu issue i think your new card is defective... a lot of gpu's are a defective upon purchase it's kind of a hit or miss
