brighness too high

hey guys, so my monitor keys wont work and i cant adjust screen brighness, any settings walkthroughs/guides?

The Nvidia Control Panel / Display / Adjust Desktop Color Settings / You have brightness and contrast settings. If you haven't installed the Nvidia control Panel, browse to the Nvidia website, download the drivers for your GPU and the installation should add the Nvidia Control Panel to the Wndows Control Panel.

You can go to your desktop, right click your background, go to 'Graphics Properties' and under display on the left hand side click on "Color Enhancement". After this, you have a slider to change the brightness, contrast and gamma. Play around with it until you see it's good.
