Question Bright pixel (stuck? Dead? Foil problem?)

I have an apparently white pixel on my screen.
However, it behaves quite weird: it doesn't appear on black (it's LCD, not AMOLED) or other very dark colours.
In dark grey it might appear very slightly. Where it's more noticeable is in bright colours and especially white, being much brighter than the others.
It's not a bright spot but clearly one pixel, but I had other white pixels before and they appear mostly on black, and on white they were invisible.

So what's this? Its the first time I see it, and none of the methods to fix it seems to work.

Thanks!

Have you tried changing monitor? It seems a monitor hardware problem to me.
The pixel might be displaying only white light signals so it would explain why you only see that when it is receiving white or greish images rather than black. Sub-pixels color information may not be working.

Sorry I forgot to specify that it's a laptop.

It seems like a hardware problem indeed
What I found weird is that when the full screen is white and with max brightness it appears very clear, by being much brighter than the other pixels.
I believe this is not a normal behaviour of a white/hot or stuck pixel, is it?
I thought that a hot pixel should appear more clear in dark background, and not when all is white because we'll, the pixel is also white.
