Question Brightness increase key is "more clicky" than the other keys on a new laptop ?

I have a new Legion laptop and the brightness increase key sometimes feels a lot more clicky than the other keys.

It functions perfectly fine and I have tried using compressed air to see if there was anything behind the key, but it seems to still be there - (normally occurs after not having pressed the key for a while).

The thing is I’ve set up the laptop with all my games, I’m super happy with it in all other respects and I just wanted to ask for some advice whether people think it’s worth returning for / what could be causing the issue?

Maybe try and depress that key all the way, seems to me like the scissor switch is latching onto the rubber dome/membrane underneath the keycap. I would contact the seller as well as Lenovo's RMA department and se if this supposed to be happening out-of-the-box. If not, then an RMA is in order.

You could try and remove that keycap and then reseat it though if that doesn't help, you might need to replace the keyboard entirely.

Thank you. I do that and then it works fine for a little while and then the issue occurs again.

The key does function perfectly fine though so I’m not sure whether to just ignore the issue?
