Question Bring it back from storage

Folks,
Back in 2014 I built a system in a Antec Dark Force 85 case. Had it up running 3 screens on SLI with Windows 8.1. In 2015 I got offered a job that meant moving and it went in storage until this year.
I tried firing it up with a ethernet connection so it could update. Nothing worked. Bought Windows 11 to update and it won't load. It keeps telling me the system doesn't meet minimum needs.
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6 core 3.5 GHz Socket AM3+ 95 W
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 TX with UEFI Bios
RAM: 16 GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200)
PS: Kingwin Mack 1 ABT-1000 1000W ATX/BTX SLI certified
Graphics: 2 GeoForce GTX550 Ti with SLI bridge
A 128 GB SATA III internal SSD bootdisk
and 3 1 TB SATA HDD in Raid

I'm at a loss. Seems like I can't update any BIOS because I have no running OS.
I don't want to lose the system, but I'm guessing my only way out is to buy a new MB and start loading W11 from there.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Your system is not 11 capable.
Put 10 on it and be happy it is still useful.
Also very few games support sli now days.
First thing I would do is replace the CMOS battery .
Boot to bios and set Date/time and load bios defaults.
Now reboot with your windows 10 USB installed and install a fresh copy with only boot drive installed.
Recovering your raid is not likely .
