Question Bring my desktop to another country

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to board the plane with a desktop, probably not as carry-on. If so, what do I need to know? Should I remove any parts and put them in my carry-on?

You need to list all of your components aside from the case.

But generally, you should remove the CPU cooler (especially if it's a big tower cooler) and any add-in cards (e.g. GPU, wireless adapter, sound card, etc.). Those things can go in your carry-on luggage and the tower can go in the checked bag (you can have extra protection by filling the case with packing foam or air bags).

Consider this....
PCs, with likely the same parts as you have, are shipped from factories in China all over the world, every day.
No disassembly, etc.

Do you still have the box the case came in?
