Broadcom BT device install problem on Windows 7 .

Recently I installed PCIe WIFI and Bluetooth card , Broadcom chipset (USB\VID_05AC&PID_828B).

The device driver was installed successfuly, but do not recognize some BT peripheral devices, such as mouse, my android phone etc, only successful paring with BT keyboard.

Because of that, I tried to install SetupBtwDownloadSE.exe that downloaded from broadcom homepage. This program will be provide some more programs that manage peripheral BT devices.

But this program didn't progress installation process at the beginning after 3 seconds.

Anyone help me... thanks in advance.

Unfortunately the info you've provide is sparse and isn't giving us much to work with. Can you please state the model number for your Broadcom wireless adapter. It should begin with a BCM and is followed by a 4 digit number. The reason I asked for the model number is due tot the fact that some devices may have limited functionality which will provide additional access inspite of a software overlay. On the flip side the software will not install on an incompatible hardware so that may be what's preventing you from making progress.

Nevertheless, you can try and installing the software using an elevated command:
Right click installer>Run as Administrator
and see if you make progress.
