broken antenna on monitor

is there a way to get reception to my monitor for my cameras i am getting no reception from cameras no picture on screen the antenna on the monitor completely broke off

Fortunately, antennas don't care at all what they look like. Find the frequency the radio uses (probably ~2.4GHz) and cut a wire to exactly 1/4, 1/2 or 1 wavelength (about 122.5mm for 2.45GHz).

Solder the wire to the stub or unbolt what's left of the antenna and bolt the wire to the lug.
