Broken capacitor pcie

Capitacor located under pcie broke.

Broke it while putting my graphics card back into the slot like a dummy. Is this an easy fix should I buy a sodering iron and go for it or just try to use it as is?

I was thinking it broke off the GPU, whoops. If it broke off the motherboard then maybe that'd work but I don't know so someone else will have to answer that.

Capacitors are suppose to smooth out a current, if I remember correctly. If you turn on the power to the motherboard without that capacitor, you may very well fry the board or other components.

Is there an electrical shop or maybe a watch repair/jewelry place nearby? They might be able to solder it back on.
There is a negative and positive post on a capacitor so connecting it correctly is important also...

The capacitor broke in two I would need a new one can't find it online thinking about just buying a new one lol.
