Question Broken gpu fan questions

Unfortunately I made a terrible mistake and ripped off 4 of my fan blades for my rtx 4070 ti on the middle fan and I am wondering can I remove the remaining blade and get a gpu cooler? Like this one. Would removing the rest of the blades on the middle fan restore balance and make no noise when spinning?

You messed up, no, that will not cool it properly if at all. You are SOL. Wait until/if a waterblock is released or send it in under warranty.

I would not attempt to repair the busted fan.

Replace the fan.,

Just not understanding why you thought ripping fan blades off on an 800 dollar card was a good idea. The fan should replaced. If you aren’t comfortable doing that maybe a local repair shop will do it.

i just did the other day. i learned a hard lesson here. Had to lie to them to approve it. Will be careful for now on.
