Question broken GPU?

This happens in multiple games. No idea what it is
asus rtx 2080
i9-9900
32 gigs of ram
1tb ssd

The GPU could be overheating, causing artifacts. Can you run a userbenchmark and post a link to the results? Are you overclocking anything? Are you familiar with adjusting advanced GPU settings?
I would try reducing the GPU frequency and/or undervolt the core. If these artifacts go away then that's your issue.

im pretty sure its defective, havent done any overclocking what so ever for the past 2 months, havent edited any gpu settings either
