Broken Screen, need to change BIOS

The monitor on my Laptop is broken, so as a result I am using my TV as a replacement monitor. But my issue is that when booting up the laptop all is fine, except that I don't see anything on screen at all until it comes to the Login screen. It's not that it doesn't boot up normally, I just am unable to see the boot process - thus I am wondering if there is a way to change the Boot order from Windows 7 or if I can somehow get the screen to appear while starting the Laptop.

My reason for needing to change the Boot order is because I would like to install a new OS from my Flash-drive.

Go into the video driver settings change it to the TV so its the primary display

I suggest that you connect an external monitor to your laptop (use VGA connector at the rear) and then you will be in a position to get into the BIOS and make changes to the boot order.

Try using F8 at restart (or other key, depending on manufacturer) for the boot menu. But it would be "blindly" changing the boot device..
Another option is using a monitor instead of TV.

I do not own an actual Computer Monitor

Would it be possible to project my screen onto another Laptop? Their is several in my home, but I would like to know weather or not this will work before I go and take my Family'.
