Question My brother deleted Nvidia from the Taskbar and now there's no display ?

We're going to need more info. What OS are you working with? If you're on Windows 10/11, can you perform a system restore, prior to a point before your brother deleted things? If not, can you get into Safe Mode?

On second thoughts, please list the specs to your brother's system's specs like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

cant get alot of info, hes pc turns on but no signal is detected.
he has an i5,a ssd connected the gpu is a 3060,psu is a 600watt thermaltake 80plus,16gb of ram,win 11 os,generic cpu fan cooler.psu is about 3 years old but i doubt thats the issue.
i think he was just randomly deleting stuff from task manager.ive taken out the cmos battery for 30mins-did nothing.any idea how to boot into safemode with no screen signal?

Edit: he's not right in the head and sometimes just starts deleting random processes
