A couple things I need help with:
1. I have updated the settings on the printer to have it automatically print in Mono. It will print in color. How do I make sure that the settings on my printer work properly. (side note, it is a printer in the library of a high school. Students don't need to print in color. Too expensive for toner)
2. The printer will go into deep sleep and not turn on. Even when put in sleep it will not turn on and print. The printer has to be manually shut down and turned back on in order for print jobs to work (it is set up by wireless connection for only 30 computers)
