[SOLVED] BROTHER MFC-J3530DW

I got this printer two days ago. Works fine on normal paper but when I try to print on a thicker paper the "clean the pickup roller" error shows up. The weird thing is it printed on that paper once and it looks really good, but no matter how many times I cleaned the roller it stays the same, but on plain paper the error doesn't show up. The printer can't print on thick paper? Why did it work the first time? Any suggestions are welcomed, thank you!
