[SOLVED] Browser, IDM, Torrent downloads are so slow, but launchers like steam and garena is fast

I'm currently experiencing a slow download speed (maximum of 50kbps) on my browser (Google Chrome), idm and torrent. But my download speed on steam and garena is on average of 2mbps.

My plan is 25mbps (megabits) and speedtest shows 24mbps (megabits).

My original download speed is 2.5 megabytes.

We have 5 gadgets connected on our internet (including my pc)

Explanation:
When I download at steam and garena, I always get an average of 2 megabytes per second
But when I download on browser and utorrent, it's so slow. I can get an average of 15 kbps.

I want some help please.
