Question browser won't open pages..just stalls

Often, when I try to open a web page, the page does not open.
I need to exit Firefox, and restart; sometimes the problem persists.
Do I need to increase memory? Other ideas?

Have you cleared the browser cache ? The cache could be corrupted.
Have you tried creating a new Firefox profile? Your profile could be corrupted.

OP...I have tried clearing cache, but no results. I have noticed that if Private Internet Access VPN is running, the problem appears more often; that's the reason I suspected memory. I'll try creating a new Firefox profile. Thanks for the response
