I can boot into windows just fine, but as soon as I login I get the bluescreen of death within 15 seconds of doing so, I think it may be a driver issue because I can use safe mode fine, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any advice?

check your hard drive with its manufacturer´s tool and use memtest.org (usb autoinstaller) to check your RAM

in windows safe mode (command prompt) run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f /r

in windows safe mode you could try to use ddu uninstaller to remove the graphics driver and test if it boots fine after that
