BSOD 0x0000007B when trying to install Windows XP with USB?

So, I have a old PC and the Hard Drive is clean and blank. So decided to install Windows XP via USB because I have no Windows XP CD. No matter how many times I try, I always get the BSOD with the error 0x00000007B.
I swapped SATA Cables, used Hiren's boot to clean and check the Hard Drive. I still get the same error again. 0x0000007B.

The computer that I'm now trying to install is a Dell Dimension 2400, the BIOS is A05. I tried to look up on some tutorials to turn to IDE but I can't find it on my BIOS. so I'm now out of luck.

This frequently occurs because of a boot device failure, repartitioning system partition, BIOS configuration change, or installing a disk controller might cause the error.

Revert any hardware changes and test your boot drives smart, generic, and self test. Most schools have Dell install disks that work with about all OEM's long as you have your XP key.
