BSOD 0x000000F4 error help

This is the first rig I've built in over 10 years, so I was quite proud and pleased with myself when the PC turned on with seemingly no problems. Recently, I have been getting BSODs randomly. This is the first time I am having issues with BSOD which is really rather frustrating. My troubleshooting knowledge is limited so please bear with me. I'll take whatever steps are necessary in order to fix this issue.

Here's my PC specs:

CPU: Intel Core i3-2120 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock H61M/U3S3 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Storage: OCZ Agility 3 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card: HIS Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply

Also, I have a HDD that I have just bought that is waiting to be put in that I plan on using as a data drive.

that message is usually related to a memory address issue.

Start by removing and reseating your RAM. it all gets a bit iffy if that doesnt fix it. - ensure that the sticks are fully seated.

There's probably a problem with the boot drive.

Make sure your SSD is running with the latest firmware revision.

Also try a different SATA data cable to the SSD.
