BSOD 0x139 Driver IRQL Not Less and Kernel security check failure

I can't seem to open or download the dump file but here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all the updates available.
- Next is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer of the GPU.
- Reboot your PC once the driver has been installed then observe it again.
- If the same BSOD's will appear do also uninstall/reinstall the Network adapters (Wifi and LAN).
- And if all these will not work I would suggest reinstalling Windows 10.
