BSOD after a while of installing new RAM

I just installed new RAM to my PC and i started to get the same BSOD more than before which says:

check to be sure you have adequate disk space. if a driver is identified in the stop message disable the driver or check with the manufactuer for driver update try changing video adapter
check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS update . disable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components. restart your computer,press F8 to select advanced startup options and then select safe mode

Yes. My BIOS is fully updated. Windows 7 Ultimate. 1.50 GB RAM, 320 GB HDD, Intel Celeron (R) 2.5 GHz.

Update: now my windows won't boot up at all. Once the mouse pointer shows on the screen, PC restarts automatically.

Does Windows 7 boot in Safe Mode? Try disabling Superfetch.

It did at some point. It no longer boots safemode either.
