[SOLVED] BSOD after fresh install/updated bios PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

My landlord caused a power cut upstairs and when I booted my pc I got the beautiful bluescreen of death.

Error: PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

I've tried:
Auto repair
Command Prompt (Del Bootcache, chkdsk, copy recovery files)
My hardware doesn't seem to be damaged
I've installed a fresh Windows 10 and got BSOF again and I've updated the bio and it still doesn't work
I've left it for a bit
I've restarted too many times

I feel like I've tried almost everything, only thing that I can think of left to do is to pick out each of my components to see whats causing the issue, but if the issue came from the power cut I would assume my motherboard would've been fried, so I'm assuming its a software issue, I don't know if there were any updates happening at the time, but again if there were, the fresh OS and Bios would've sorted it out.

I've also had the pc for a couple of months now, if you need specs to help out then I'll add them.

I mean, I don't see it much.

if you get same BSOD on 2 different installs I would look at the drive you are putting win 10 on. Who makes the drive?

Its a Seagate BarraCuda 4 TB Internal Hard Drive HDD
