Preemptively, thank you to any help or assistance!

Non-OS Drives: 3

OS: Windows 10 (22H2)
No overclocking, and I have not changed any settings as I've just begun reinstalling everything. There was one external SSD plugged in via USB where I was retrieving my backups.
I recently had to replace my main drive due to failure (it was 8 years old), and went with Samsung 990 Pro due to availability and pricing. I know it's overpowered and not even fully compatible, but I needed something quick and potentially reliable for future upgrading.
Just got through the process of reinstalling Windows and about half my programs when it suddenly BSOD'd while browsing Firefox. Specifically, had a video playing, where I noticed video had stopped loading on multiple sites.
Upon restart, it went straight to BIOS and did not recognize the drive. I let it sit for ten minutes, and then it booted up fine. But I'm scared... if there's an issue I'd like to find it within the return period. While it seemed like an overheating issue, I had had Samsung Magician open and temps were fine at the time (35-37c).
I'm not necessarily concerned over the BSOD, more so the fact the drive wasn't recognized on the initial restart.
I'm pretty new (read: inept) to EventViewer... I can't find the BugCheck I see mentioned elsewhere... but here's the Critical/Errors from the time period.
I've excluded the Event XML data as to not overwhelm the post, if one of those seemed relevant, I can post. Unfortunately, I do not have a .dmp file due to the volmgr log item. It did seem like it shutdown so fast, I assume it literally could not write the .dmp file.

What's weird about that last one is the computer was not shut down at that time, unless it's misreporting the time.Log Name: System
