[SOLVED] BSOD after startup

so I have this problem where my computer starts up in BSOD at startup and when I try to boot up in safe mode it just BSOD's again, I have tried restarting the entire omputer but it won't allow me and
I have tried the uninstall part in WINRE, all of this happened after I tried to install a windows update.
If anyone has a solution please answer ASAP, thank you!

What error is the BSOD showing?

What do you mean restarting entire pc? DO you mean a reset?

What are specs of the PC?

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - you may need it.
