BSOD and PC freezing

Hello!

I've had quite a lot of BSODs and PC freezes lately. I got 3 minidump files from BSODs (I also had like 4 PC freezes - had to hard reboot and maybe 6 DotA 2 crashes) that you will be able to download. Nvlddmkm.sys and ntoskrnl.exe seems to cause problems. I checked my memory with Memtest86 and Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and there weren't any problems. Also, I checked my HDD with chkdsk in cmd. I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, fully updated, and my GPU drivers are also up to date. I googled a lot and nothing really helped me out...Please help me

PSU - 420W
Motherboard - ASUS P5KPL EPU
CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz
GPU - Nvidia 9600GT 1GB
RAM - Kingston 2 x 2GB
HDD 1 - Seagate 320GB
HDD 2 - WD Caviar Blue 160GB
D-Link WiFi USB adapter

Try re-installing your GPU display driver (Device manager)

It didn't work. Had BSOD with irql_not_less_or_equal and just when the BSOD poped up PC froze and I had to hard reboot. Also, windows didn't manage to create new minidump file.
