BSOD and SMART message Please help

After getting a BSOD I got the message that said "SMART Status" for my 2nd hard drive. After that I removed the hard drive that was given the error. It doesn't have windows installed it's just a storage drive. Now when I try to boot my SSD that has windows installed I get the reboot and select proper boot device message. I checked the bios and my boot priority is correct

That's probably because the drive you removed was the one with boot partition (which was used to start loading your SSD). The easiest thing you can try is to return the removed drive just to boot the system, and then use any partitioning tool (such as Easeus Partition Master) to set the SSD partition as "active". Remove the faulty drive and try again. If that doesn't help, you will have to boot from your windows installation CD and get to recovery. from there, you will have to execute fixmbr and fixboot commands (the exact syntax depends on the windows version you are using, for example here is the syntax for windows 7):

If nothing above helps, Windows reinstall (with second drive being removed) certainly will.
