I had a ryzen 5 5600g and i wanted to change it with a 5 5600x out of curiosity, the system was fine when i had the 5 5600g, the problem happens after i change the CPU. I've taken out the CMOS battery to perform a reset, checked and tested ram, GPU, hdd, ssd, everything and it was fine. I've benchmarked the CPU in stock and overclocked using cinebench r23, no issues there it was running smoothly, CPU temps are 77c max even with overclock. I've also reinstalled windows, try multiple bios version, no success. I've tried the GPU to game in stock and overclocked, temps were 66c max even overclocked, i've also tried to run everything stock and the problem persists. The BSOD shows fltmgr.sys error.

Where did you buy the 5600x? Was it new or used?

Have you tried putting the 5600G back to see if the problem stays?

You do realize the difference in performance between the 5600G and the 5600x is less than 5%, right?

What is the exact model and brand of your "700w PSU"?
