Computer boots up, everything is fine until it reaches the Windows loading stage, where, it BSOD's and restarts instantly, not letting me see the error, and I can't go into Safe Mode either. I had replaced today the motherboard, and it does like this every time. Could you help me find out what is wrong? The model of the motherboard is MK32SS008 KM266. I know its old, don't laugh. Just, help me out, pretty please.

It's using the onboard graphics, and I'll try to replace the RAM. If it doesn't work, what should I do?

As you've replaced the motherboard, whilst it's possible that the RAM is bad, the most likely cause is that Windows itself has become corrupted in some way. To fix this, the best way is to put a clean install (no drivers or anything) onto a hard drive or SSD and connect only that drive to the system. If it boots then the operating system or something on the other hard drive is causing the BSOD. Is there any important data that hasn't been backed up on the current hard drive? If not then just reformat and reinstall Windows onto your existing hard drive. If this doesn't fix the issue then replacing the RAM is a good option.
