Hey o/

I have a laptop here (it's a Samsung NP370R4E)

All day i have been instaling Windows 10 on this computer, when it was finally done, I took a backup of some files and started factory resetting it, so I could have a fresh start on windows 10

After like 1 hour of progress it was stuck at 99% for like 4-5 hours. When it finally finished it booted and the boot screen came with the samsung logo and loading circle. After about 15min I got a BSOD saying the usual BSOD message and "BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO"

Is there something i can do about this? At the moment the computers seems to be in a boot loop with the BSOD screen appearing every ~15minutes or so

I hope someone can help me with this problem :)

Your Windows 10 activation is stored in the servers. If you factory reset or anything along the lines of that, provided that you haven't changed any of the hardware, your computer will reset to Windows 10, instead of your previous version of Windows.

I am not able to get into safemode, but I am able to get into the BIOS and probably use some sort of usb/cd installation thingy. But will that delete my current windows key so I have to buy a new one?
