Question BSOD: Clock Watchdog Timeout ?

Hello!

I recently I changed my old mobo to a new one and I got this BSOD: Clock Watchdog Timeout.
It only happens when idle or browsing not gaming. I played the game 5 hours straight with not a single BSOD, but after going back to idle or browsing, that same BSOD appeared.

PC specs:
CPU: i7-2600k
RAM: DDR3
GPU: RTX 2060 Ti

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
