Since my graphics card is a bit old, I want to swap my RTX 2060 for an AMD Radeon RX7900XTX.
My problem now is that I'm not getting a video signal with the AMD.
If I swap the AMD back to the RTX 2060, the PC no longer boots normally, but goes straight into the BIOS.
There, I noticed that after the swap, the "CSM Support" option automatically changes from enabled to disabled every time.
After switching it back, the PC boots normally into Windows with the "old" graphics card.
And this has been my problem for days now.

Additional information: The graphics card lights up, but the fans aren't spinning. The HDMI cables have been replaced, and the connections have been checked several times.
I'm grateful for any help. Regards

Hardware:
Gigabyte Z790 D AX Motherboard
Intel Core I5-14600KF
Corsair DDR5 64GB RAM
Samsung M.2 2TB
bquiet 1000W

Some new gen GPUs require BIOS in UEFI (CSM disabled) mode. Since your Windows are installed in CSM/Legacy mode you will have to convert Disk to GPT to be able to run them in UEFI mode, or reinstall windows.
