the error initially started when i was running some benchmarks, i first ran heaven for 20 minutes no problem then ran user benchmark and had my first error, i took it to a computer shop they said nothing was wrong, i ran the memory diagnostic tool, no error, also ran sfc /scannow no files were damaged,i reinstalled my drivers as well but to no prevail, i then rolled back my software to windows 10 from 11, thought that fixed the problem, i then benchmarked my pc, results showed my SSD was running sub-optimally, so i went to window defenders and ran a full scan, midway through the kernel error BSOD popped up, i then ran a second full scan and the kmode expectation error popped up, I've been able to game fine only for one exception trying to load into one game and got BSOD, also been able to have normal computer usage with no errors. iv tried everything i just don't know what the issue is,

here is my hardware :

Solution
if ntoskrnl was the cause, windows wouldn't work at all.

NTOSKRNL = windows kernel. It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause

Unexpected Kernel Mode trap? Thats not an error I see often.

Try running this on CPU - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15951/19792/intel-processor-diagnostic-tool.html
remove any overclocks

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

I will ask someone to convert dump files. He will reply later and may have an answer for your problem, he will also have a link I can use to read results.

Solution
Hi, I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/4nsyzLm3/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.
File information:111321-7296-01.dmp (Nov 13 2021 - 20:29:35)

There is a BIOS update available for your system. You are using version 2003 and the latest is 2301. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

so the psu is focus gx-1000 seasonic ,
I just found out today that my brother actually had the ram And the cpu overclocked because prior to buying the gpu And converting this setup into my normal computer (8 days ago) a couple months ago he was running the cpu And ram And multiple hard drives And ssds through chia mining, storage based algorithm where plots are created through sequential writes on existing hard drives or ssds, All ran on Ubuntu , using the main ssd that i know have windows on ( i wiped everything and fresh installed windows 10-then uprageded to 11 And reverted back to 10 after BSOD errors started ) as the main writing hardware for Parallel plotting, i just reverted the overclocks back to normal,i then ran a userbenchmark And my cpu And ram And ssd both scored way below average, specially my ssd 2nd percentile, i also ran a quick scan on windows defender no virus, i ram another scan on malwarebytes with no infections found, i then tested the cpu as the link you provided ,everything passed, the ramtest86 is taking time but the first 16gb g skill 3200 trident has no error after 4 runs, that should put you up to date on the prior information of this pc.

victim of both crashes is Windows Defender.
When I see AV programs crash my first reaction is look at LAN drivers
Do you use WIFI or Ethernet? It doesn't really make a great difference, both use Intel chips
Sep 17 2020e2f68.sysIntel(R) Ethernet Adapter NDIS driver
Jul 12 2021Netwtw10.sysIntel Wi-Fi driver
Jul 23 2021ibtusb.sysIntel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) Filter driver (Intel Corporation)

I would be surprised if there is any newer drivers but try running https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

the ram test showed no error or corruption in any of my ram sticks, i ran the intel driver support and you were right my wifi and Bluetooth drivers needed updating, as seen here: View: https://imgur.com/a/yMuMB1a

i updated them, so was this the cause?

here is my CPU test results as well,
