Bsod Critical Process Died on Windows 10.

So I read through the forum looking for a solution but I never found one for this particular problem.

My critical process died in my arms tonight, it must have been something I've done.

But I cannot start up to Windows. It won't let me get that far. I can't do anything before the blue screen shows up.

How do I even get past this when I cannot do any cmd prompts or open up the bios?
