BSOD Different Error Every Time!

For the past couple of weeks my new computer has been having issues. Every 5min or so I get a BSOD with a different error. I have reinstalled windows twice so I thinks it's a hardware issue, but I don't know. I have tested the RAM and HDD on another computer and they worked fine on there so I think it's my CPU, MOBO, or PSU( it's a cheap 20$ one I got on amazon) My temps are fine half the time, but sometimes it get to like 50, so that may be a issue .
Any Suggestions?

Why not start by buying a good PSU? 50 degrees is barely warm; after all this is silicon, not a human being.

If the psu is that quite hot although i'm really guessing how he would measure that.

If not the psu might want to look for latest bios,maybe your pc still has troubles with the ram.

I presume 50°C is the CPU, not the PSU as that would require an infrared temperature meter.
