wdf01000.sys is Kernel Mode Driver Frameworks service. If your system is up to date with its windows updates.
a bugcheck in this driver will be caused by a third party driver that is making calls to it.
I would try to update drivers for special devices you might have on your machine. If you have a OEM machine like a dell
go to their website and update drivers. if you have special hardware like logitech devices or bluetooth devices. install their driver updates.
if the special hardware is a usb device, be sure to install a CPU chipset driver update. google "intel CPU chipset driver" and download the update if you have a intel CPU.

most of the time with this error, it is a user mode program making a call to the driver framework that then crashes.
You might want to remove all of your startup programs and run them one at a time until you figure out what provokes the crash. or post your memory .dmp files on a cloud server with public access and it might show up in the debug stack trace. (it is a big file, post it to google docs, microsoft skydrive, mediafire or something like that)

I found the error from the .DMP file due to the Intel driver TeeDriver.sys (http://www.herdprotect.com/teedriver.sys-6ae8c31f51cf4482429cfb972806ae1a755e993a.aspx). Then I deleted that driver from my system and no more BSOD till now. But I am getting a warning in my Event Log "LMS cannot connect to Intel(R) MEI driver". Is it harmful for the system?

I don't use the package, i think it supports low level sleep like functions that I let windows control. But you will have to look at the description (and it might depend on the machine)

hard to say, my control panel does not have any intel applets. I would look at the description and try to figure it out. What kind of system do you have? It might be better to do the proper update from the intel site and get a working driver than attempt to remove one that your system actually depends on.
