Question BSOD - Error Logs Kernel-PnP event 225 and Kernel Event 144 ?

Hi, I just booted up my pc and it blue screened, when It loaded back up I checked event viewer and reliability history and it was flooded with errors and warnings as seen below -

When I first checked Reliablity History It said something about USB but when checking again that line of text is gone

Any advice would be helpful as to what caused this and if there is anything I can do to fix it.
