I have had this "driver" bluescreen for awhile now and have tried to fix it multiple times with no luck. I'm no expert but i can easily follow a guide and know whats going on. I do have IOBIT products on my PC (may or may not have paid for them lol) so this could be the issue or just a driver issue.

Here's the link to the folder with some dump files from today and an msinfo32 info doc.

any additional info can be provided at request.

Thanks

i know there's a lot of threads on these issues but, i have tried like i said, and i dont know how to read DMP files....

Solution
Update the drivers of your logitech devices, they are very old.

Each dump provides the same result.

I'm not sure if I'm doing below properly since I'm new at this forum

Could you upload the dumps to your dropbox please, the link only provides the msinfo32.nfo file.

Please remove the IObit software, they could/can cause problems, and ask your money back if you paid for it and if it is still possible.

Will do on the IObit removal request. i actually did put the files in the folder along with the .nfo file. when i move them into the regular folder a red X appears next to the icon. when i try to open any of the 3 that i am trying to provide it says i need admin access but i am the admin so im not sure what to do. even when i try to put the dumps in a compressed folder it wont let me.

If you are trying any of it at the original location, C:\Windows\Minidump, you can't do it there. You need to copy them to a different location.
I recommend to copy them using command prompt (copy C:\Windows\Minidump\*.dmp "%userprofile%\Desktop"), a regular copy/paste will likely lead to similar problems.

That would explain my middle mouse button not working at random times. I just uninstalled anything logitech and before that i uninstalled their software to be safe. I'll wait a week to see how it goes. thanks homie

Alright. I contacted Microsoft support chat and they had me to a Windows update to try and restore any corrupt data in windows. Mouse cursor jumping is still an issue which is on and off too. Would I just update the Logitech mouse driver through device manager? And should I be doing these driver updates in safe mode with networking enabled?

I really appreciate the help dude! Nobody else seems to want to lol

You best get any driver updates from Logitech, if none is available download the latest version and install it to override the current driver removing any corruption.
You wouldn't need safe mode for driver updating, safe mode is rarely necessary but only for driver removal when necessary.

I've recently also had a chat with Microsoft support, I don't think they understand why the BSOD exists since he/she claimed that my Windows was corrupted.

Keeping Windows up to date should help with stability and performance so that's a +1 :)
