Hello!

For around the past 2 weeks Ive encountered some random-ish bluescreen every 2 -3 days.
Usually in the evening, PC is basically running all day.
When they happened the PC wasnt really in a stress test situation, just some normal games that wouldnt really exhaust the PC.

According to BlueScreenViewer its caused by ntoskrnl.exe+3f72a0
The Error Code has been different multiple times.
Yesterday: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
few days ago: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
also had one with: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (this BSOD wasnt caused by ntoskrnl.exe+3f72a0 but nvlddmkm.sys+98b0f , every other BSOD was caused by ntoskrnl.exe+3f72a0)

PC Details:
OS: Win10 (should be latest update)
CPU : Ryzen 3700x
GPU : RTX 2070 Super
Mainboard : MPG x570 Gaming Edge Wifi (Wifi Driver deactivated)
Memory : 16GB G.Skill Ripjways V DDR4-3200 CL15 (2x 8)

Things ive tried so far:
Memtest86+, no error (not sure if I properly tested it, just created the boot USB, let it boot on it and run until it told me there are no issues and I can exit)
Prime95 for about 1 hr, no problem
OCCT on PSU/GPU for ~30min each, no problems.

Heres the latest dump from yesterday evening.

Since then ive updated my BIOS to the latest version

Thanks for any help provided.
Incase you need to know something else, lmk.
Will update incase ill get any new BSOD.

Will update incase ill get any new BSOD.
Try this step by step (read till end):
  • Disconnect from internet
  • Uninstall gpu driver DDU (clean and do not restart).
  • Uninstall all the processors and the chipset in control panel on device manager (should be 16 on yours, also when it asks for restart, click on no) like this:
    unknown.png

  • Restart the pc to bios, and update to the latest bios again. Then go to bios again after update and load default or optimized settings, then save and exit

  • boot up to windows and install the latest Chipset driver, reboot and go to power plan, make sure it is set on amd ryzen balanced power plan, and connect to internet.

  • Install the latest nvidia driver.

*do this all offline until reboot after installing chipset driver, also you may reboot to bios after all of this to set the XMP (and previous settings you did). Download needed files (highlighted word) before doing step 1, do the step by orders.

  • Run cmd as admin, then do chkdsk /x /f /r, after that do sfc /scannow

  • And check windows update (and optional updates) if there is any and install them (except chipset in optional update). Enable hardware accelerated graphics scheduling (available in the latest windows update) in graphics settings and reboot, it should be like this:
    unknown.png

  • Make sure the psu connected to the gpu is 1 pcie cable per 1 slot (use main cable, not the branches/split) like this:
