Basically it appears that I need a new graphics card which is fine because I wanted a new one anyway, however I want to make certain that this is the one and only problem before running out and dropping $300. So I forced the crash again and got a fresh dump.
This error occurs ONLY when LAUNCHING (never make it to any menus or anything) newer games 2016+ other, older, games are fine. For example, I have two copies of Shadow of war on my pc, the base game works, however the Definitive version does not. So i believe this voids the concern of temps and or cpu/motherboard problems. Another example is Assassins creed origins which just doesn't work at all. Overwatch as well. Plenty of others work fine.
Things I've tried; I've clean installed Windows 7, updated bios, updated drivers, ran chkdsk and reset clocks. In no particular order.
